Join me and a bunch of my talented friends on Saturday 3/17, for a sing along of Irish and contemporary tunes at The Local.  Lyric books will be provided for any who want to join in.  Food and drink specials, raffles, a 50/50, and a whole load of fun.  The musicians are donating their percentage along with all other money raise will go to A Woman's Place, a woman's shelter in Doylestown PA.  This will be one of the last events at The Local as it is unfortunately closing down.  For more info on A Woman's Place CLICK HERE

My good buddy Brandon Kamin of Bear Bear Productions has been inspired to do a series of videos that inspire human connection and random acts of kindness. For his latestest project "MUSIC" he asked if I would be willing to walk the city of Philadelphia with my guitar and play for folks on the street. I happily agreed and this video is the result of our day. It was an amazing experience that has inspired me deeply. I love people, and engaging music with these folks was a truly humbling and joyous experience. Please enjoy and I hope it inspires you to follow your own passions in regards to loving those around you and feeling their love in return.

Due to poaching we are loosing elephants at an alarming rate of 1 every 15 minutes.  If this pace keeps these incredible keystone creatures will be wiped out in no more than 12 years.  In an effort to bring awareness to the disastrous effects of the Ivory trade I have written this song "Elephant Call" and I will be donating %100 of the profits to Elephants DC an all volunteer organization dedicated to working towards the total ban of ivory trade in the USA.  So far thanks so to the persistence of Elephants DC many key states including NJ and California have gotten on board to ban all Ivory trade.  CLICK HERE to purchase the "ELEPHANT CALL" mp3 and help us help the elephants.

This weekend I'll be headed out on an adventure south! After the Community Stage on Thursday night, my buddy Steve "Hoops" Worcheck and I will be rolling down to Huntsville AL where I'll be playing at the amazing Yellowhammer Brewing​ facility Friday night.  Saturday we will be checking out the Spring Fest - Huntsville, Al​, an all day music arts fest sponsored by Yellowhammer. Sunday it's up to Staunton VA, to meet up with family and play at Queen City Brewing with my Incredible Aunt Lorie Lichtenwalner, a folk legend in her own right. Lots of driving, lots of music, and in between lots of great beer!!
